Cindy Tan brings with her more than 20 years’ HR and recruitment experience. A partner at Signium International, Singapore, she is instrumental in setting up the Finance and Banking Practice. Concurrently, she also oversees the other practices such as IT and Commerce.
With her in-depth knowledge of the recruitment services in both banking and non-banking sectors, she works with a portfolio of clients across different industries. In the banking sector, she covers major key accounts from European, American to local banks.
Prior to joining Signium International, Singapore, Cindy G H Tan was an in-house HR practitioner in a number of MNC including Citibank, Banco Santander and DHL. She started her career in the HR industry in the late 1980s upon graduating from the National University of Singapore.
