Ms. L. S. Lim is the Partner of Signium
International, Singapore. Her areas of specialization includes
industrial, FMCG, real estate, hospitality, transportation &
logistics, construction and financial services practices.
Prior to joining the company, Ms. Lim was the Director of a US retained
executive search firm in Singapore and China. With her industry
experiences in the information technology, FMCG, property, hospitality,
shipping, construction, market research and financial services, Ms.
Lim has successfully placed senior management, business development,
key account management, supply chain management, human resources,
financial management, audits and operations position in Asia.
Her established Client base consists of leading manufacturers of
specialty chemicals, including composites, plastics, lubricants,
coatings and sealants; automotive components, electrical,
infrastructure, energy and property development.
A graduate with a honors degree in Economics and a post-graduate
Diploma in Human Resource Management, Ms. Lim has more than sixteen
years of Corporate experience in Human Resource Management &
Development and Market Research. She has held various senior HR
positions in diversified conglomerates. As head of the HR, Ms. Lim has
practical hands-on experience in strategic HR management, talent
management, HR development, employee coaching and counseling,
development of compensation and benefits programs, including the
formulation and implementation of competency-based rewards and
performance-management systems.
