Lusi Melani is an Executive Search Consultant for Signium International Singapore. The work culture and excellent opportunity provided by Signium International Singapore is the strong motivation for Lusi to join the firm. She is conducting searches with a range of industries including FMCG, Engineering and Real Estate. Her major areas of professional competence are specialized in Executive Search, Leadership Assesment, Research, Admin, Finance and Accounting.
Prior to joining Signium International she was a Research Consultant for Ray and Berndtson Singapore, she has participated in many searches in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia and Greater China. She has been working on search assignments from small and medium enterprises as well as MNC. Her significant placements include a Business Unit Director based in Indonesia for European Pharmaceutical Company.
Earlier she was an Admin and Human Resources Executive for Metalwerk Electrical Contacts in Singapore and Indonesia. Upon graduation in 1999, Lusi was a Production Supervisor for Maruwa Indonesia. Two years later, she has decided to switch her career from Engineering to HR role until present.
Lusi holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from the Telkom Institute of Technology Bandung and a Graduate Diploma in Business and Finance from the Management Development Institute of Singapore and Southern Cross University, Australia.
