Lionel Teng is the Managing Partner of Signium International Pte Ltd, Singapore. He leads the industrial, pharmaceutical, healthcare, life science, energy, chemical, natural resources, technology & telecommunication and financial services practices.
Prior to joining Signium International, Lionel was a partner of Ray & Berndtson and an Associate Director of Sanford Rose Associates, a US executive search firm in Singapore.
In the past six years, Lionel has successfully placed middle and senior level executives across Asia, serving the Automotive, Aviation, Banking and Financial Services, Chemical, Electronic, Energy, FMCG, Pharmaceutical, Semiconductor, Real Estate, Technology & Telecommunication and Professional Service industries. Some of the successful functional positions placed include Managing Directors, CIO, Shared Services Operations & Program Director, Private Bankers, Investment Bankers, CFO, Head of Audit, Six Sigma Lead, Human Resources, Business Development Supply Chain & Sourcing Director, EHS Director, Business Process Improvement Director, Project Directors and several other engineering, IT and operation related function across ASEAN and Greater China.
Prior to his career in executive search, Lionel has more than 25 years of corporate management experience. He held senior and middle management positions in General Management, Finance and Treasury Management, Regional Director of Sales and Marketing and Manufacturing and Operation Management functions with several European, Japanese and US multinational corporations in Asia.
Lionel graduated with a Bachelor of Business degree in Marketing and Finance from Curtin University of Technology, Australia and a post-graduate degree in Master of Applied Finance.
